Termite Inspections and Reports
An inspection must be performed within 30 days of closing. Only this form can be used for a Real Estate Closing or Refinance. After inspection the inspector will draw a diagram and Document the findings. There may be recommendations as to Treatments or Corrections depending on the findings and Conducive Conditions present. The inspecting company is responsible for the their findings for 90 days after inspection, whether those are visible or not.

Referred by many as a Termite Letter" A Georgia Wood Infestation Report is a form used for Real Estate Closings. Many times are required by the mortgage company.
